Presentation Guidelines

All presenters at the 4th International Seminar on Natural Resources and Environmental Management (ISENREM 2025) are required to follow the guidelines for their video presentations. The presentation should be structured clearly and concisely, highlighting the key components of the research. At a minimum, the presentation must include the following elements:

  1. Title
  2. Background
  3. Research Objectives
  4. Methodology
  5. Results and Discussion
  6. Conclusion
  7. References

Video Submission Requirements:

 

  1. Submit all required multimedia files, the deadline for submission is July 27th, 2025, 23:59 WIB (UTC+7) on this https://ipb.link/isenrem2025videosubmission.
  2. Video Duration 7–10 minutes
  3. Video Frame 16:9 aspect ratio
  4. Video Format .mp4
  5. Video size max 100 mb
  6. Please make sure the video and audio quality are good before submitting.
  7. File Naming Format PaperCode_CorrespondingAuthor_FirstWordOfTitle.mp4 Example: EBA-001_Indra Gunawan_Influence.mp4
Sub-Theme Abbreviations:
Use the appropriate abbreviation for your paper’s sub-theme:

Recording Tips:

  1. You may use the Zoom virtual meeting platform or similar screen recording tools (e.g., OBS, PowerPoint with narration, Camtasia) for your video
  2. Ensure clear audio and visual quality. Use headphones or microphones for better clarity
  3. Practice good presentation skills (eye contact, clear speech, engaging tone)

Presentation and Conference Participation

  1. Each presenter will be allocated 15 minutes:
    • 7-10 minutes for the pre-recorded video presentation.
    • 3–5 minutes for live Q&A during the scheduled session.
  2. The committee will not accommodate any live presentations (only Q&A will be live).
  3. All presenters should fully attend the scheduled parallel session for each presenter
  4. We will not accommodate any change of schedule for presenters.
  5. Certificates will be distributed only to the presenters who attended.
